END OF REGULAR FALL SEASON
Thank you to all the volunteers - Coaches, Referees, Team Parents and Board Members - who helped to conduct another very successful program for the children of this community! Your volunteerism helped to keep almost 1000 children off the streets, and into a program where they made some new friends, learned to play as a team and most of all, had fun!  We hope to see you again for our Spring Fling Program for which Open Registrations will begin in mid-January.

If you have any comments regarding our program, please use the Suggestion Form and give us your constructive comments. Better yet, please join the Regional Board and help us out! We can never have too many volunteers!

FLEX & SELECT WEB SITE
A new website is currently under construction for these two competitive programs.

FIELD PRACTICE RULES
Due to the shortage of field space and the increased demand in finding a space to hold practices, new rules have been put into place, mainly  at Community Park.  These rules should ensure that there is enough space available to all teams to practice.  This is all the more important as we lose daylight, and teams from Mtn. View transition over to Community Park.  Here are the rules:

* A portion of the field can only be reserved 15 minutes before your practice time.

* A portion of the field can be reserved ONLY if your team has more than 50% of your rostered players present on that field – if you have players on the way to the field does not count!

* At the minimum, no more than 1/4 of a full size field may be used by U12 through U19 teams for practice - exception shall be when there are no teams waiting for space.  A smaller field area should be used by the U6 through U10 teams.

* Unauthorized scrimmages which take more than the above allowed field space will not be permitted.  You MUST get the permission from the RC, ARC, or designee.

* To be fair to all, you cannot reserve a field by jumping and/or throwing your equipment over the Community Park fence. You will have to wait your turn in line like everyone else.

There will be no exceptions to the above rules.  We will have monitors in place throughout the week to make sure that the above rules are being followed. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
