All Teams (U8 thru U19) will be required to provide referees for the fall program.
Each team will be required to obtain 20 referee points to advance to the end of season playoffs.
Each team will be assigned to provide (2) referees for the game time immediately after there game. If you have the last game of the day on a particular field you will be assigned to referee the first game of the day.
Teams will be able to sign up for games on a first come, first serve basis in all divisions. However, assignments are approved by the referee staff by qualifications.
Each referee filling a game assignment will receive 1 point. If your team fulfills both assignments they will receive the full 2 point for the day.
Points received from actual games refereed will count toward their team standings. (Maximum available for 10 week season is 20)
Points received from clinics, upgrades, or other such events will only count toward the teams referee points only and not toward team standings.
Each new referee that attends and successfully completes there Regional referee certification will receive 1 referee point for there team. (Can only credit 1 team and maximum of 3 points for individual team)
Each existing referee that upgrades his certification during the fall season will receive 2 referee points for there team. (Can only credit 1 team)
Teams will be allowed to makeup only 2 weeks of standings points during the season. (Make up points must be coordinated and approved by the referee staff.)
Teams will be allowed to makeup another 2 weeks (total 4 weeks) of referee points that count toward playoffs. (Make up points must be coordinated and approved by the referee staff.)
Each team that provides a completed list of referees by week 3 of the fall season will receive an additional referee point. (U8 1 referee, U10 2 referees, U12 & up 3 referees)
